Their posture and everything else is extraordinary! Such defined detail and emotion through their expressions. I do like how it begins to fade somewhat towards the bottom. I love the cloth detail with the coffee/tea cups! :D

You are amazing and have real unique visual expression.

darjeeling is a flavor of tea and also happens to sound like, "darling" -- evoking the suggested dialogue "my darling" for this drawing (at least that's my imagined dialogue...i realize this is a bit of a stretch lol)

Darjeeling is truly a beautiful sounding name and a wonderful flavor of tea.It also happens to be the name of a little hill-station at the foot of the Himalayas where this tea leaf is grown...and ironically, I happen to have grown up there ! I was therefore curious to know what part of Darjeeling was reflected in your portrait and it's nice to know that you were fascinated by the sound of the name and the taste of its world famous tea :) cheers.
